• Minimum Participants: This activity requires a minimum of 2 participants to proceed. Should this minimum not be met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

• Child Eligibility: Children aged 0–4 are free of charge, provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult and do not require a separate seat.

• Vehicle Capacity: Please note that jeep transfers (if applicable to the chosen vehicle type) can accommodate a maximum of 3 passengers.

• Flexibility: The route and timings may be adjusted by the operator due to unforeseen traffic conditions or adverse weather.

Policy Highlights

• Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your booking within 24 hours. Please contact customer support immediately if confirmation is not received.

• Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be processed if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity start time.

Surcharges & Limitations

• Holiday Surcharge: An additional fee of VND 200,000 per person applies during peak holidays (including Lunar New Year, April 29–May 1, Sep 2, Dec 24–25, Dec 31–Jan 1).

• Payment: All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver.

• Intoxication: The operator reserves the right to refuse service to participants who appear intoxicated; in this instance, no refund will be issued.
